Ch. Ratan Singh Memorial Pvt. Industrial Training Institute, under the direct control of DIT, Haryana, is engaged in imparting theoretical as well as practical training in various engineering, non- engineering courses. Ch. Ratan Singh Memorial Pvt. ITI is a training institute which provides training in technical course. Normally a person who has passed 10th standard is eligible for admission to ITI. The objective of opening of ITI is providing technical manpower to industries.

These persons are trained in basic skills required to do jobs of say operator or a craftsman. The course in ITI is designed in way to impart basic skill in the trade specified. Most of ITI's impart training in technical trades like Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Health Sanitary Inspector (H.S.I.) etc.

People of engineering trade can go for higher studies like diploma in engineering. There are also specialized short term courses in Advanced Training Institutes which enhances the skills of candidates. ITI qualified persons can set up their own garage, motor/generator/transformer winding shops or fabrication shops depending upon trade opted. ITI is housed in acres of land in pollution free, on road easily accessible location. Institute has all infrastructure facilities needed for overall development of skilled manpower, like Workshops, theory rooms, library, Playground, Audio Visual Aids, and Hi-Tech Computer labs for awareness about computer to trainees of all trades.

There are different trades of Engineering & Non-Engineering field, of one or two year’s duration. The courses are affiliated to National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), through the Directorate General of Employment and Training (DGET), Government of India in the Ministry of labour, New Delhi.
